• Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately
• Meet in public places when attending events with people you don't know
• Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, prioritize your safety

3. Content Standards

• Use your own photos or images you have permission to use

3.2 Prohibited Content

4. Event Creation Best Practices

4.1 Event Information

• Include cost information upfront (free, paid, donation-based)

4.2 Communication

• Respond promptly to questions about your events

5. Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the report button on events or user profiles
• Email us at support@eventmaps.io with details
• Include screenshots or evidence when possible
• Provide context about why the content is problematic

5.2 Our Response

• We review all reports within 24-48 hours
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate guidelines
• Serious violations may result in permanent account termination
• We will notify users of enforcement actions when appropriate

5.3 Appeals Process

If you believe your content or account was mistakenly removed, you can appeal by emailing support@eventmaps.io with "Appeal" in the subject line. Include your username and explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
